Mark is the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office Chaplain. He also serves as a Reserve Deputy for the CCSO and is the Pastor of Oregon City Baptist Church.

He joined PSC in 2005 shortly after moving here from Spokane, Washington where he pastored a small church for 8 years and volunteered as a chaplain with the Spokane Police Department for two of those years.

Mark has been married to Sheri since 1984 and they have one adult child, Meghan. Mark holds a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor degree from Lewis Clark State College in Business Administration.
